About the 30th Annual General Conference

For three decades the Ghana National Association of Private Schools has brought proprietors, head teachers and educators together from all sixteen regions to shape the future of private education in Ghana. The 30th Annual General Conference continues that tradition with keynote addresses, practical workshops, exhibitions and the Annual General Meeting.

Who may attend the 30th Annual General Conference?
Proprietors, heads, administrators and teachers of private pre-tertiary schools across all sixteen regions of Ghana, together with invited partners, sponsors and guests of the Association.
How do I register?
Complete the online registration form on this website before the published deadline. You will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your unique registration ID and a QR badge used for check-in at the venue.
Can I register at the venue instead?
Yes. On-site registration desks operate at the venue throughout the conference, but pre-event registration is strongly encouraged so that seating, materials and meals can be planned accurately.
How do I pay the conference fee?
You may pay by Mobile Money directly on the payment page, or transfer to the official GNAPS Mobile Money line and submit the transaction ID for verification. Cash payments are accepted at the finance desk on arrival.
