Attending
Who may attend the 30th Annual General Conference?
Proprietors, heads, administrators and teachers of private pre-tertiary schools across all sixteen regions of Ghana, together with invited partners, sponsors and guests of the Association.
What should I bring to the conference?
Bring your registration ID or the QR badge sent to you by email — printed or on your phone — along with a valid form of identification. Your badge is scanned each day to record attendance.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Indicate the number of accompanying persons on the registration form. A per-person fee applies and is added automatically to your total.
Registration
How do I register?
Complete the online registration form on this website before the published deadline. You will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your unique registration ID and a QR badge used for check-in at the venue.
Can I register at the venue instead?
Yes. On-site registration desks operate at the venue throughout the conference, but pre-event registration is strongly encouraged so that seating, materials and meals can be planned accurately.
Payment
How do I pay the conference fee?
You may pay by Mobile Money directly on the payment page, or transfer to the official GNAPS Mobile Money line and submit the transaction ID for verification. Cash payments are accepted at the finance desk on arrival.
I have paid but my registration still shows a balance. What should I do?
Direct Mobile Money transfers are verified by the Secretariat against the official statement, which can take a few hours. If the balance persists after 24 hours, contact the Secretariat quoting your registration ID and the transaction ID.
Privacy
How is my personal data handled?
Your details are collected solely to administer the conference and are processed in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
